part of a high-tech global village

Many of the wireless technologies that allow us to talk to the whole world on the go were developed in Kista. The area is known as the Wireless Valley and Mobile Valley. But more formally, it’s called Kista Science City.

Social spaces

We’re planning 204 apartments of different sizes here. Most will be smaller, space-efficient single or doubble bedroom with kitchen and a patio or balcony. There will be a green courtyard and social spaces with a pool and an conservatory.

Kista is changing

The biggest difference between then and now is that people no longer travel to Kista just to work. They live and work here. In areas where there were only offices and workplaces, there are now homes and schools. The new neighborhood of Kista Äng has around 1,550 new homes and commercial premises. Just a short walk away is the Kista Galleria mall with 180 stores, a food court, coffee shops, movie theaters and hotels. And from the subway station located beside the mall, it’s just 18 minutes by train to Stockholm’s Central Station.

In addition to over 1,000 companies active within the information and communication technology sector, Kista is also home to the Royal Institute of Technology Kista with instructors and students from all over the world.

Our focus: Space efficiency

Each of our studio apartments are about 35 square meters. The kitchen and living room have an open design and the sleeping area is in an alcove. The two-room apartments, which measure about 55 square meters, are located at the end of the building and have a social area with the kitchen and living area at an angle so that light can enter the windows from two sides.
