Metronomen offers 188 apartments in what is perhaps Stockholm’s most attractive location. The units are of different sizes, but the focus is on space-efficient studios and two room and kitchen apartments. An added bonus is the large rooftop terrace with its bookable community room.
Most of the apartments at Metronomen are one and two room and kitchen units with a separate sleeping area. They have an open plan design and offer a wide range of storage solutions. The property will have a rooftop terrace and most all of the units have their own balconies.
Metronomen is located very close to Telefonplan, an area where there’s been more development than anywhere else in Stockholm. This is where LM Ericsson built phones and researched shortwave broadcasting. Today, it’s home to the Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design. And just a few minutes away is the Hyper Island college specialized in digital media.
The original buildings are from the 1940s so there is a large range of services already in place. And as a new generation of residents and students have moved into the area, stores and entertainment options have grown to meet their demands.
As a hub of creativity and education, Telefonplan has become extremely popular. The journey to the city center takes just 14 minutes and anyone with a car is well served by the road infrastructure.
