West Side Solna will have 252 apartments ranging from studios to four room and kitchen units. On the lower floors, there are plans to develop cafés and stores. On the roof, residents will share a terrace. The pool in the courtyard will attract swimmers and sun worshippers alike – and some units have patios beside the pool. Discover the area

From Näckrosen, which is the closest subway station, it’s just 12 minutes by train to Stockholm’s Central Station. If you prefer to go by bike it takes 18 minutes to get to Kungsholmen.

You don’t ever really need to leave home. Sundbyberg’s center is within walking distance. In the other direction is Solna town center with 120 stores.

And if that’s still not enough, the Mall of Scandinavia, with over 230 stores, is ten minutes away by bike. Even when you’re not working or shopping, Solna is a great place to live. The Ulvsundasjön area offers lots of space for physical activity.
