Rotebro is surrounded by shifting natural landscape full of opportunities for recreation. The chosen name Wiking originate from the old Viking trail, which runs through the forest Törnskogen. Along the trail you can find an old runestone and remains from old graves dated from the Iron age.

The city development of Rotebro is ongoing but the area is already including everything that a big city has to offer. From gardens, open water, city squares, to station buildings, offices, and national infra structure such as Ostkustenbanan and the E4.

Rotebro is situated in Sollentuna kommun, strategically in between Stockholm and Uppsala. With the commuter train, it will take you around 30 minutes to get to Uppsala Central station, 25 minutes to Stockholm Central station, 20 minutes to Odenplan station and only 12 minutes to Arlanda airport.

SSM has no queue of its own. Therefore, our rental apartments will be handled either by Bostadsförmedlingen or direct by SSM. Which of the alternatives will be decided later in the developing process of each project.
